Playa Bowls is seeking an engaged General Manager for a Company Owned shop in Indiana. You will lead store operations, mentor a full team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include supervising food prep and service, onboarding new hires, and driving financial performance through scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service principles and guest experience focus.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced food service environments.
• HR coordination and onboarding support, including training.
• Ability to manage payroll, budgets, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and consistency across items and prep standards.
• Address guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Oversee deliveries and inventory accuracy; manage supplier relations.
• Lead onboarding and training for new hires; direct daily operations.
• Monitor payroll, budgets, and expenditures; optimize labor costs.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance; maintain records.
• Direct employee training programs and recruitment; performance reviews.
• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and revenue recording.
• Maintain records and government safety documentation.
