Playa Bowls is seeking a General Manager to oversee all store operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead a team of managers and staff. You will hire, train, and coach team members, direct daily operations, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage payroll and budgets, coordinate with HR, and drive performance through a high-energy leadership style. A compensation package includes base salary and quarterly bonus, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced restaurant team.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product consistency, quality, and flavor through regular checks.
• Address guest complaints professionally and promptly.
