Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as required and to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes store performance and drives key KPIs in collaboration with leadership.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
• Manages store budget and daily operations to support the P&L.
