Job summary

Gap is seeking a General Manager in California to lead store operations, align the brand vision with in-store execution, and drive profitable sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development.

You will coach teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, manage budget, forecast demand, and ensure KPI achievement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to travel as required.
• College degree preferred
