Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a General Manager to lead all store operations, including production, sales, and human resources, at our Delaware location. You will build and coach a team, drive revenue, ensure quality, and uphold customer satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in a management capacity within QSR/retail, strong communication, and the ability to work varied schedules, including holidays and weekends. Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in QSR or retail environment in a management capacity.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school or GED.
• Ability to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations across production, sales and human resources.
• Develop staff and manage performance to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate production schedules and labor utilization.
• Interface with corporate office as needed.
