Krispy Kreme in New Castle, DE is seeking a General Manager who will lead all store operations, including production, sales and people management. You’ll develop a professional team, drive revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining quality doughnuts and strict safety standards.

The role requires 4+ years in QSR/retail management, strong communication skills, and a commitment to an equitable, inclusive culture. Candidates must be 21+ and eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in QSR or retail management.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work holidays/weekends.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors per company standards.
• Build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Keep store property in good condition.
• Direct and manage store sales efforts (Hot Light times, retail, fundraising, suggestive selling).
• Achieve business plan objectives and profitability per store plan.
• Promote store safety and sanitation.
• Understand and optimize production/operational efficiency and labor use.
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining quality.
• Interface with corporate office as needed.
