Krispy Kreme is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations in our Frederick, MD location. You will oversee production, sales, and HR, while developing a professional staff and driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

A customer-focused mindset and teamwork are essential to deliver hot doughnuts and a great guest experience. We look for leaders with strong communication skills, 4+ years in QSR or retail management, and the ability to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in QSR or retail management.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work holidays/weekends.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards.
• Build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and performance management.
• Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store physical property is in good working condition.
• Direct store sales efforts, including Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising and suggestive selling.
• Achieve business plan objectives and profitability per store plan and financial goals.
• Promote store safety and maintain high sanitation levels.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
