Job summary

Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Atlanta, GA seeks a General Manager to lead all store operations, production, sales and HR. You will develop staff, drive revenue, ensure customer satisfaction and uphold Krispy Kreme quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean shop environment.

Responsibilities include coaching a team, managing scheduling and labor, directing sales efforts such as Hot Light times, and achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in QSR or retail environment in a management capacity.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school or GED.
• Ability to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture where team members are empowered.
• Travel 0-10%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
