Krispy Kreme in Missouri is seeking a General Manager to lead all store operations, including production, sales, and human resources. You will develop a staff of professional employees, strive to maximize revenue, and ensure customer and employee satisfaction while maintaining product quality.

This role requires 4+ years in QSR or retail management, 21+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and availability to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QSR or retail management
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school or GED
• Ability to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to nurturing an equitable, unbiased culture where employees are empowered
• Travel 0-10%
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards
• Build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching and performance management
• Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and guarantee customer satisfaction
• Maintain store property in good working condition
• Direct and manage store sales efforts including Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising and suggestive selling
• Achieve business plan objectives and profitability according to store plan and financial goals
• Demonstrate safety consciousness and promote store safety
• Maintain high level of store sanitation and cleanliness
• Understand production processes and maintain schedules for high quality output
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize labor hours
• Interface with corporate office as needed
