Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive sales results in a high sales volume environment.
• Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results.
• Minimum of two years of retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs.
• Builds product confidence by creating accountability and expertise through education tools.
• Supports and executes product, visual and marketing directives and maintains brand standards.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and stockroom to maximize customer experience.
• Drives and executes digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
• Recruits, hires, develops, retains and promotes top talent to support store needs.
