Pacsun in Ft. Lauderdale is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales at Store 799. You will oversee staffing, merchandising, and customer experience, ensuring brand standards and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on achieving store goals.

The manager will coach associates, interpret reports, manage inventory control, and execute all company directives while maintaining a welcoming, fashion-forward store atmosphere for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet all selling, visual, and operational needs
• Builds product confidence by creating accountability and expertise through use of basic and seasonal educational tools
• Supports and executes all product, visual and marketing directives, and maintains standards set by the company
• Maintains a clean, well-organized, replenished store and stockroom, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience
• Anticipates and determines customer needs and “solves for yes” to ensure customer satisfaction
• Fosters an environment that delivers an engaging, positive and authentic selling experience to ensure customers return to the store
• Accountable to self and others for achieving all company sales, metric and operational goals
• Understands key business reports and payroll tools to drive performance and communicate action steps
• Creates shortage action plans to minimize loss and shrinkage
• Drives digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS within the store
• Communicates store and customer feedback to the District or Market Manager to grow the business
• Coaches the Management and Associate teams to align with company strategies
• Performance manages underperforming team members in coordination with supervisors/HR
• Reflects PacSun brand through passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
• Shows willingness to learn about product, brands, fashion and trends
