Job summary

PacSun is seeking a Store Manager to lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store. You will own all-in-store presentation and operations, and coach the management and associate teams to deliver on the company’s fashion-forward standards.

This full-time role requires at least five years of retail experience, two years in management, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment including weekend shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results.
• Minimum of two years retail management experience required.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary)

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs.
• Builds product confidence by educating the team on basics and seasonal education tools.
• Supports and executes product, visual and marketing directives, and maintains standards set by the company.
• Maintains a clean, well-organized store and stockroom, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience.
• Drives and executes all digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS within the store.
• Coaches the Management and Associate teams to ensure alignment and motivation around the company’s strategies and goals.
