Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a General Manager for its Tampa store to lead a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable operation.

You will oversee in-store presentation, selling and all store operations, while developing a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. A four-year degree and retail leadership experience are preferred. The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to achieving store metrics.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results.
• Minimum of two years of retail management experience required.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to attend meetings/workshops (overnight may be necessary).
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet all selling, visual, and operational needs.
• Builds product confidence by training staff with educational tools.
• Maintains a clean, well-organized store and stockroom, promoting a safe environment.
• Drives digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS within the store.
• Recruits, hires, develops, retains and promotes top talent.
• Leads the team to deliver an engaging customer experience.
