Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a dedicated store leader to drive sales, uphold visual and operational standards, and coach the management and associate teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will translate brand direction into everyday execution and deliver a consistently engaging customer experience that aligns with PacSun goals.

This role requires strong communication, a four-year degree or equivalent preferred, five years retail experience, and at least two years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years retail experience required, with a proven ability to drive sales results.
• Minimum of two years of retail management experience required.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically for meetings/workshops.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes and delegates tasks to meet selling, visual, and operational needs.
• Delivers engaging customer experiences and drives sales.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and stockroom.
• Drives digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS within the store.
• Communicates store and customer feedback to the District or Market Manager to grow the business.
