Job summary

Pacsun seeks a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering a customer-focused, top-line, profitable store. You will coach teams, uphold brand standards, and ensure policy-compliant operations while driving guest satisfaction.

You will lead by example, manage schedules, and contribute to a positive, energetic culture that reflects Pacsun's fashion-forward image in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer-focused mindset and ensure an engaging customer experience.
• Handle customer situations per policy and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized store and floor area.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to improve experience.
• Cover floor supervisor duties during non-peak periods.
• Coach Sales Associates and recognize outstanding performance.
• Provide direction to associates on company directives and standards.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet operational needs.
• Support visual directives and maintain brand standards.
• Drive efficiency in store processes and merchandise flow.
• Maintain stockroom and store organization for safety.
• Demonstrate passion for product and brand.
