Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to own daily operations in a single-store environment, guiding a hospitality team with emphasis on training, scheduling, quality and guest experience.

You will lead by example behind the bar, manage inventory, vendor relations and local labor compliance while driving growth, profitability and team engagement across all store activities. The role requires 45 hours per week, five days, with two peak days, and a strong focus on coffee excellence and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing and leading single-store unit operations in high growth hospitality or consumer brands.
• Full Time availability: 45 hours per week, 5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (usually weekend days).
• Experience with coffee, espresso, and equipment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging team culture through training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Cover scheduling gaps and manage store scheduling according to labor laws.
• Recruit talent in collaboration with People Team and validate training quality.
• Oversee inventory counts, vendor relations, waste management, and compliance of Inventory Management System.
• Lead by example behind the bar 50–70% of the week, delivering high-standard beverages and food.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and presentation of the store per company policies.
• Improve store financial performance and peak business throughput.
