The General Manager will supervise the Barista, Shift Leader, and Assistant Manager roles, enforce company policies, and act as a professional ambassador for Beans & Brews in the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Beans & Brews operation, including daily shift coverage.
• Oversee Barista, Shift Leader and Assistant Manager duties to ensure smooth service.
• Train staff, enforce policies, and drive guest satisfaction.
