Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead to assist with front end operations and sales leadership under the Store Manager. You will coach sales associates, manage cash handling, ensure store cleanliness, and drive customer Wow experiences while maintaining safety and brand standards.

You will lead during on-duty shifts, mentor associates, and help achieve CSAT goals, sales targets, and payroll adherence. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities
