Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Onalaska, WI seeks a Key Carrier to support store operations, stepping between Coordinator and leadership duties. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required to meet store needs and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will guide Associates, uphold policies, supervise opening and closing, coach team members, and help maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment at Sierra Store 0156.

Qualifications

• One year retail experience.
• Six months leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty following policy and procedure.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed correctly.
• Coaches Associates and provides feedback.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for service areas.
