Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty and uphold store policies.
• Provide coaching to Associates and ensure team performance.
• Maintain accurate associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines.
• Communicate priorities with management and provide updates.
• Support promotional programs and loss-prevention initiatives.
