Job summary

The Michaels Companies Wilmington store is hiring team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain an inviting, well-organized store environment in a dynamic retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to maintain stock and layout.
• Execute cash handling and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and private label card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Maintain store recovery, shelves, and planograms (POGs).
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
