Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and assigned BOPIS/OMNI support.

This role requires leading shifts, training teammates, and ensuring safe, efficient store operations. You will collaborate with Store or Sales Manager depending on store size to drive strong frontline results.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and lead by example in selling and customer engagement.
• Coach Team Members using A+ Coaching routines to improve selling behaviours.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and Clothing recovery for assigned area.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and assist with inventory and signing.
