Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail team in delivering exceptional service and driving sales. You will guide daily operations, merchandising, and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

As a key brand ambassador, you’ll ensure policy adherence, support in training, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere that aligns with Lids’ standards and customer experience goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues or customer concerns.
• Coach and train store staff using LIDS programs and goals.
• Maintain cash handling, till reconciliation, and loss prevention.
• Execute store operations and visualize merchandising across the floor.
• Assist in inventory, pricing changes, and product counts.
