Job summary

COS in Los Angeles is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor. You will set the tone for a welcoming store environment, coach Sales Advisors, and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive service and presentation standards.

You will analyze sales, support recruitment and onboarding, manage daily operations, and stand in as Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably fashion, with strong store operations knowledge.
• Customer-focused; leads by example to deliver great service.
• Open to feedback and eager to develop professionally.
• Clear communication and ability to guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level customer service with expert styling and product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and partner with Store Manager to improve performance.
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboard training for new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure brand standards.
• Act as brand ambassador delivering the best possible customer experiences.
• Cover Store Manager duties when required to ensure leadership continuity.
