Job summary

Lush is seeking a FullTime Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales and leading training sessions. You’ll inspire a team of sales associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help ensure operational excellence daily.

You will coach, develop, and motivate staff while promoting DEIB values and maintaining brand standards. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a passion for skincare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team using the StoreForce dashboard and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor with product demonstrations and consultation feedback.
• Educate customers on brand values and communicate our positions on ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
