Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team based on store metrics.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and product features.
• Lead and develop Sales Ambassadors and peers.
• Maintain cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and store security.
• Monitor attendance and shift readiness; keep team informed of updates.
• Ensure store visuals, merchandising, and inventory are well managed.
• Enforce store policies and safety standards.
