Job summary

Staples is hiring Retail Sales Supervisors in Bucks County to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. You will drive sales, conversions, and service while engaging customers to deliver total solutions.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Effective communication, organization, and adaptability.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to work in a high paced environment.
• Manage conflict in a respectful, cooperative manner.
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds and stand/walk continuously.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Direct the team to deliver a great customer experience across store areas.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to changing requirements.
• Remain available and support an engaging store environment.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks; assist with operational duties with the GM.
• Lead by example through role playing and feedback to improve performance.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
