Staples in Wayne, PA is hiring a Retail Sales Supervisor to champion customer engagement and oversee front of store operations. You and the store team will focus on increasing sales, conversions and service, while actively engaging customers to provide complete solutions.

Hiring immediately; flexible full-time hours depending on store needs. You will provide peer coaching, lead weekly sales and merchandising, and coordinate with the GM to deliver an exceptional store experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflict.

Responsabilités

• Provide peer coaching and support to store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities.
• Perform Floor Leader role and direct the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Champion company initiatives and adapt to change.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks in the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the GM.
• Coach the team on behaviors to win and deliver results through feedback.
