Staples is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to champion customer engagement and oversee front-of-store operations. The role focuses on boosting sales, conversions, and service while mentoring the store team. Hiring immediately for flexible PT/FT schedules.

The position involves leading merchandising, coaching staff, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience for customers. Staples offers strong perk programs and career development opportunities.

Competenze

• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• 1+ year experience selling retail products or services.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching a team or supervising others.
• Ability to manage conflict in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Adaptable to changing business priorities and flexible to perform other duties.
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range and stand for long periods.
