Job summary

Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Retail Key Holder in Houston, TX to lead on the sales floor, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will open/close the store and act as a Rhone ambassador, promoting our core values and a healthy lifestyle.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting shipping/receiving, and fostering a collaborative team environment while delivering results with the customer first mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to learn and apply Rhone's product knowledge and procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and serving as the point of contact for customer service and operations.
• Mentor team members by setting an example for customer experience and product knowledge.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster a productive employee culture and gather feedback from customers and staff.
• Build relationships with customers and team members; educate on features and benefits of Rhone products.
