Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates and help drive daily sales and store performance.

You will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand values on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising floor staff in retail.
• Ability to coach brand reps and stock associates.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
