Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a high-quality in-store experience and strong daily sales performance.

You will open/close the store, operate POS, fulfill OMNI orders, and coach the team on product knowledge, brand standards, and customer engagement. Strong communication and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and customer service focus.

• Experience leading groups or teams is preferred, not required.
