Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead for the Mall of Georgia's Abercrombie Kids store.

This part-time role supports store leadership, coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drives daily sales by delivering an exceptional in-store experience aligned with our brand. Responsibilities include opening and closing routines, operating the POS, fulfilling Omni Channel orders, maintaining visual displays, protecting assets, and analyzing basic sales reports to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and coach teammates.
