Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead, Interim to guide daily store operations and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The role acts as Manager on Duty, driving sales, coaching associates, and maintaining brand standards across the floor.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with the General Manager/Store Manager to meet monthly goals and ensure a guest-obsessed environment. Part-time hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in specialty or culinary retail.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and retain a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement.
• Represent Sur La Table brand with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences and loyalty.
• Support achievement of store sales goals through customer engagement and team motivation.
• Ensure stock levels and merchandising meet visual standards and SOPs.
