Job summary

Sur La Table in Seattle is seeking a Store Floor Lead to inspire customers at every step of their culinary journey. In this leadership role, the Store Floor Lead supports the General Manager or Store Manager, serves as Manager on Duty, and helps drive sales and smooth daily operations.

You will coach teammates, maintain product knowledge, and deliver a best-in-center guest experience. This role blends hands-on leadership with a focus on service excellence, teamwork, and store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or culinary retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain a high performing team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by creating memorable, educational experiences for customers.
