Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Retail Floor Supervisor in Lancaster, PA to lead daily store operations and support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service. This role opens and closes the store, coaches sales associates, and drives loyalty while maintaining brand standards and store execution.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, energetic, and able to manage merchandising, POS use, and safety procedures. Open availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate cash register and store technology.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Coach team members on customer engagement and store standards.
• Support achievement of personal and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Assist in loss prevention and safety initiatives.
