Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Team Member to help maintain a clean, organized store and foster a customer-first culture. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, stock merchandise, and support the Store Team Leader in daily store operations.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, merchandising, and safety, with opportunities to lead in the Store Team Leader's absence. This position is suitable for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and basic math proficiency.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planograms and merchandising guides.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Basic math for cash handling and making change.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provides superior customer service to exceed the customer's expectations.
• Models product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintains a safe, clean and well-organized store environment.
• Rotates product to create eye-catching displays to drive sales.
• Operates cash register and scanner, processes payments, and bags merchandise.
• Assists customers in self-checkout at multiple register terminals.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Team Leader in their absence.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Team Leader.
