Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences. Across our U.S. and Canadian stores, Sales Supervisors contribute to business success through face-to-face interactions and leadership when managers are not present.

You will share Warby Parker's story on the floor, participate in process improvements, open and close stores, and help foster an inclusive culture while guiding a team to deliver standout service and eyewear.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-focused company.
• Management experience of 6+ months.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-motivated mindset.
• Curious, eager to learn, and a team player.
• Innovative, proactive problem-solver.
• Positive energy even during long hours.
• Not on the LEIE list.
