Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers on the sales floor, front-of-house operations, and in team huddles. You will lead by example, sharing Warby Parker’s story and championing an inclusive, service-minded environment.

If you bring 6+ months in a management role and strong customer-service chops, you’ll help power our stores with entrepreneurial energy and top-notch product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company with 6+ months in a management role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Not on the LEIE list and compliant with local regulations.

• Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment.
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice.

• Lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
