Job summary

Rally House in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, energize the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences during shifts.

You will direct daily tasks, coach teammates, support onboarding, and uphold merchandising and service standards while driving sales and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment with local sports events emphasis.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10–20 hours per week, including day, night, weekends, holidays and local sports events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Support a high-energy store culture with consistent service.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate shift tasks to ensure execution.
• Validate completion of daily operational routines.
• Escalate operational risks and gaps to leadership quickly.
• Lead recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets during shifts.
• Guide teammates on visual standards and product placement.
• Lead floor service coverage and handle escalated guest concerns.
• Drive sales through proactive guest engagement during promotions and events.
