Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide store operations, energize the floor, and create engaging guest experiences. You will model service behaviors, coach teammates, and ensure adherence to standards during shifts to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication, and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced retail environment, with responsibilities across onboarding, merchandising, and service execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks during shifts.
• Lead floor service coverage and guest engagement.
• Support merchandising standards and floor sets.
• Drive sales through guest focus and urgency.
