Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily retail operations at Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto. You will guide the sales floor, coach Team Members, and model exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards and store policies.

You will drive performance, manage zone coverage, and ensure tasks from opening to closing are executed with excellence. This role demands strong communication and a passion for the SKIMS brand.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team on the sales floor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and coaching in the moment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations meet standards including opening/closing, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments, encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
