SKIMS is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead the Retail - Central & Outlet team at Cherry Creek. You’ll drive daily performance, coach members, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across shifts.

This role emphasizes leadership, brand values, and operational excellence in a fast-paced fashion environment. You’ll mentor staff, manage daily tasks, and collaborate with leadership to hit store KPIs, while upholding product knowledge and impeccable standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and store operations are executed with operational excellence (opening/closing, cash handling, cleanliness).
• Coach team members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling guidance.
• Provide feedback and growth moments, promoting learning agility.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new team members; reinforce standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help the leadership team achieve store KPIs and drive results through performance tracking.
• Collaborate with leaders to monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive, positive culture and resolve customer issues promptly.
