Check N Go, part of the CNG Holdings, Inc. family, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Charleston, SC to deliver outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence. You will educate customers on our product portfolio, process transactions, and support store operations to meet daily goals.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding company values and compliance standards.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager when unable to resolve with the customer.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle cash, balance drawers, and manage bank deposits as required.
