CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Mount Pleasant, SC area, representing Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store brands. This front-line role focuses on outstanding customer service and regulatory compliance while managing daily cash handling and sales activities.

You will educate customers on products, handle inquiries, and coordinate with leadership on escalations. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in this on-site position.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options.
• Escalate issues to store manager, District Director of Operations, and corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to customer questions.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations.
• Explain solutions to customers and ensure they feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions per policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
