CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Charleston, SC to lead customer service and daily operations for our Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, and Cash Store brands. This role requires attention to detail, strong people skills, and a commitment to regulatory excellence.

You will oversee team performance, manage cash handling, and ensure the highest standards of service for customers while upholding company values.

Formación

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, and corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally and explain possible solutions to customers and ensure they feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle currency and cash drawer, deposits, and other cash handling duties.
• Balance daily batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree confirmations.
• Other duties as assigned.
