Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and state eligibility requirements may apply for facilities that sell firearms.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and mentor hourly associates.
• Assign duties and provide recognition; promote belonging and inclusion.
• Lead store operations with focus on customer service, budgeting and process improvements.
