Walmart Inc. in Westerville, OH seeks a store leadership professional to supervise hourly associates, mentor staff, hire and train teams, and drive sales. You will manage daily operations, ensure a high level of customer service, and reinforce Walmart values across the store.

The role emphasizes teamwork, change leadership, and a commitment to inclusion, with an emphasis on performance, training, and community engagement. This is a Regular/Permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent; or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Some roles may require firearms CBC/eligibility checks where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognition.
• Coordinate, complete and oversee job-related activities with stakeholders; support plans to meet customer and business needs; set objectives.
• Lead store teams by training, touring stores, giving feedback, and communicating company direction to implement changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by applying OBW; resolve issues and support community initiatives.
• Drive store profitability by reviewing P&L, budgeting, controlling expenses, merchandising and shrink mitigation.
• Uphold integrity and Walmart values; maintain Open Door Policy and promote a culture of belonging.
