Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to help run the daily operations of our New York retail store. You will focus on sales, client experience, scheduling, and safeguarding assets while leading a store-specific division.

You will coach teammates, contribute to achieving daily goals, and uphold Lilly Pulitzer's brand values and standards. The role is full-time, in-store, with opportunities to develop leadership within our dynamic fashion team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership, preferably in fashion.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple technology.
• Familiarity with XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

• Oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance.
• Provide client experience excellence and brand representation.
• Schedule team and delegate responsibilities for your division.
• Safeguard store assets and ensure loss prevention practices.
• Coach associates with actionable feedback to improve results.
