Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fashion or retail.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional client experience and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team to drive performance.
• Safeguard store assets and ensure visual and operational standards are upheld.
• Communicate initiatives and updates to the store team.
• Support scheduling and inventory controls as needed.
